Works well for the price but not the best

Works well. The results are not 100% accurate compared to other testers, but sometimes it gets the job done. It is not intended for commercial use.

Simple but effective

Works as described. The clamps are a bit small. The output information is quite simple. Is the battery good or does it need to be replaced and what percentage of life is left. I like that it's so compact that it doesn't take up much storage space.

Attention buyers with battery testers

The thing is scrap. I can test the battery 5 times and get a different reading each time, and I can never get a reading for the starter motor. I provide roadside assistance and always rely on the tools I invest in to work properly.

Great, only 1 mistake

Worth every penny. I always try to find a deal on things. I'm not trying to be cheap, but saving a few bucks will always help. He does what he says. I was very surprised at how effective it was. It takes 2 people to read the generator which is the only negative.

Mainly good for diagnostic, testing and measuring tools

Accurate compared to readings from auto parts dealers. There were some issues with the display backlight but no text. Seems to go away when you adjust the connection or switch to a different battery. I'm not sure if it really solved the problem. Easy to use and easier than pulling out my marine batteries to check. Paid for itself when I found a defective battery that was under warranty. The battery still worked, but was empty. Very handy when you have a spare battery that is nearing the end of…
