good quality. As everyone says, they are pre-wired incorrectly. Black goes to the copper terminal, yellow to the middle, red to the top.

Works great in my jeep. First check the wires with an ohmmeter. The black wire was on the switch contact. Move it if you plan to connect black to ground.

Added switch for new bed/weight light in my son's empty suitcase. Place a bedside switch near the back door and one in front. No problem

How did I get mine to work properly? My bike has a slight kink so the plastic screw didn't work, it popped out of its slots when tightened.

Two out of five had no continuity in the on position. Hence they get two stars. As others have said, the braid colors are in the wrong place for typical wiring. But it doesn't really matter much because you can just take them off the switch and put them on however you like. Glad I really only needed two. But it would be nice to have some spares.

Actually planning to order a second set of these. They are perfect for the small control box I built for my kayak. You can either light them or not light them. I decided to light them up so they can be seen when night fishing. They are very durable and the best part is that they come with wires already attached. But the best part is that the wires are not connected. I was actually able to put them on, assemble the box, and already exposed the wires.
