The product appears to be solid but when one was installed the plastic tab on the side of one unit broke easily. I contacted the seller and he not only replaced one unit but sent another complete set. They didn't ask me to send the broken video back, just sent a picture. These are efficient, fast and reliable sellers. If there is one negative, the wheels are a bit stiff when rolling in and out of the dishwasher, but I think over time they will break in and be easier to roll. I would buy again!

They are great they fit perfectly in the dishwasher. An OEM build costs the same as four of these aftermarket versions. I'm disappointed that Whirlpool makes inferior dishwasher components that seem to fail right out of warranty (plastic wheels, hubs, and axles are good for a kid's toy, not household appliances!). My only concern was that the wheels wouldn't roll as easily as the original wheels, but my wife didn't care. In fact they rolled better the second day of use and now it really isn't a problem :) It's a great value for the 4 wheel set and I really like the improved propeller design.
