Fits as expected. They didn't have to be retracted, they just pushed in. I have two doors so I have 4 extras if I ever need them. A great product so far.

Installation was easy, it took more effort to remove the doors and remove the old bushing than to install a new one. Noticed an immediate improvement in the ease of opening doors.

I bought these for a 16 JKU that has never changed before. The included removal tool worked great. The new liners fit perfectly and now the doors work smoothly. :)

After removing the JK doors I noticed the hinge inserts were breaking. Xprite brass hinge inserts replace these factory installed inserts. I guess I won't have to replace them again. It may take a little effort to remove the old earbuds, but they will come out.

This product replaces my old rusty factory door pins. Perfect fit and faster removal. Getting the old ones out was a pain. Even with the tool on. But that's not because of the new door pins. The pins stick to the door more than the hinge - when you remove the doors, the brass pin often hangs on the door instead of staying in the hinge attached to the car.

The doors of my JKU 2014 did not open well because of rusty hinge bushings. Removing the doors was also very difficult due to rust on the factory bushings. The factory bushings are a split ferromagnetic material that lets salt water through in the winter and encourages corrosion. They were also very difficult to remove. The new solid brass bushings are very easy to install and should reduce the effects of saltwater intrusion.

These brass bushings should have been fitted a long time ago. My factory bushings are rusted and it is very difficult for us to get out of the door hinges. I spent most of my install time removing them. The new brass bushings fit perfectly in the door hinge. I would recommend that you sand the door pins very well before attempting to reinstall the doors. One of the brass door pins wasn't milled properly so I had to drill out a bit, but other than that everything went amazingly smooth.
