Ideal for blue cribs. This is not a sleeping bag. Some nurseries require you to bring a duvet. They told me I could just buy a fitted sheet to wrap the playmat in and bring a blanket. I bought this because it looked modern, beautiful and practical. Well did not disappoint! It is very well made and still looks great after about 15 washes. My 2.5 year old daughter uses it in her nursery to sleep in and I personally think it looks and performs better than other mats I see in her classroom.
