I liked the jacket, the style and the features. However, the inside pocket has a Velcro fastener that was not sewn on properly. It seems that for such a price everything is sewn normally. This doesn't affect the integrity or design of the jacket and we most likely won't be using the inner pocket anyway, it was just a manufacturing defect in principle.

Bought this coat on 25th September. Worn for the first time last week when it got cold. The zipper broke the second time I put it on. Unfortunately, the return window has closed for me. I am very upset about the return policy. Nobody wears a winter coat in October. I think I deserve a refund. The price was good but the product is not very good. Sincerely, Susan Tapley.
