They work, the velcro is a bit longer so I cut it in half to make it easier to put on. Not for long term use, just for potty walking when it's snowing outside, I'd get a better pair, you want longer walks, they don't look very comfortable or durable.

Boots are terribly cute! There is no lining inside, but at least they protect you from the bitter cold. Dimensions are not exact. Bought small and xsmall for my toy poodle and both are still too big. Decided to keep the little ones as they match my mini poodles.

My fagli is a bit bigger than a chihuahua and I took size #2. I bought her a red jacket to match her red boots for her Christmas trip to Big Bear and everyone loved her and took pictures of her. At first she walked very strangely, but then, in cold weather, she walked normally :) They are not very warm, but they did not let them get wet because of the snow.

My mean little dog took at least one of these off in 20 seconds no matter how tight the velcro was. They seemed very good and I definitely measured and found the right size but as a 7 year old he couldn't take tricks and took them off easily. I ONLY give them a 3 for comfort because he doesn't leave them on long enough to get used to them! If your dog can wear them they are good value for money and I particularly like the good rubber sole of the shoe.

Our Chihuahua/Scottish Terrier mix was a perfect match for this shoe. She walked well, confident and with her tail held high. (Although she's used to walking in shoes.) Our girl is super hyper and runs! We expected her to lose her shoe within a day, but she didn't! After a walk, running around the yard and going to Patsmart, the shoes stayed!
