Love this very moisturizing cream. It's not greasy at all and doesn't irritate my very sensitive skin. I use it for psoriasis spots on my hands and feet.

I tried everything, literally everything. Now I put the cream on my feet when I sit on the edge of the bed and then silicone gel heel cups - shoe inserts I bought at my local pharmacy on top of that, then socks on my feet and I go to sleep. I'll get back to you the next evening. It was a miracle for two weeks as I did it every night. I went from severe fissures (I'm middle-aged) to full recovery.

I like the product. Unfortunately my expectations were too high. I thought it would work better than my daily foot cream but it didn't work for me. So spend almost 2/3 more for the same amount of a product that doesn't work any better. I personally don't think I would buy it again, but ONLY because it doesn't compete with my current lotion.
