Great Value for my opinion

I purchased this product after having a sibling pass away suddenly who didn't have an Advance Health Care Directive nor a Last Will which was desperately needed. The ordeal was stressing and confusing that it made me look at myself and update my 15 year old Last Will. I didn't use the their forms, but used the format to make my own individual and personalized Living Trust and Last Will & Testament in a Word document. I was really able to make it my own and what should be my last wishes. Very…

Pros
  • Mom really liked this and said it was helpful and easy to use.
Cons
  • No online or digital version available, limiting accessibility for some.

Comes with a sample!

It contained everything that I needed to write my will. It even gives you a sample so you know if you are doing it correctly. Now I can rest at peace knowing that my son is taken care of.

Pros
  • Great for the need..just to get it done.Peace of mind..simple..
Cons
  • wrong item not described correctly

Most Banks Require Their Own POA

Double check with your Bank or Financial Institution, most require their own POAs (Power of Attorney forms), regardless of who made up the Power of Attorney form, even if it was a lawyer. Check with your Bank or Financial Institution, because even they though may not accept a POA even from a lawyer, many have the forms pre-printed and give them out for free. However, a Power of Attorney from one bank may not work at another bank.

Pros
  • Very helpful and affordable!
Cons
  • The lamination on the reference guides may wear down or become damaged over time.

So soIt wasn’t all that i was looking for.

I wanted something to fill out and be done with it. I think i could have gotten this info online as well. It is in plastic so it will last.

Pros
  • Will be using and getting them notarized.
Cons
  • The healthcare directive included may not meet the specific needs of all users.
