Excellent DAC - Headphone Accessory

I still resent the existence of this product, but nonetheless this is an excellent USB-C Digital Audio Converter (DAC). The audio quality on the Samsung Note 10+ was crystal clear with no artifacts or distortion. The cable itself is braided and reinforced with rubber at both ends, giving it extra strength. The bright red also makes it easier to find in my gear bag. Highly recommended.

Does not connect securely to phone

I bought this adapter to connect a small headset to my phone's USB-C port. Unfortunately, the adapter does not establish a reliable connection to the USB port. If the cable wiggles slightly, it's losing connection. In order to stay connected, you have to keep plugging into the phone. I need an adapter so that I can have my hands free to type on the phone. This adapter doesn't allow me to do that. I had to go back.

The first impression is solid!

So I had to buy another one of these because you know everyone wants to get rid of one of the most important inputs on their mobile device! Anyway, this one compares to cheaper ones that fail after about a month and the OG cable that came with my Pixel 3 XL works day and night. The built in DAC/amp sounds much brighter and clearer and more powerful too! I just hope this thing lasts longer than a month or two. If so, then I will definitely buy another one as a backup.

Outstanding DAC! on the subject of adapter

If I could I would give this headphone jack equipped DAC 10 stars! This dongle sounds better than my desktop DAC. I tested on Revain Music, YouTube Music and IDAGIO all day. Whatever genre I play, the music is crisp and clear - the sound is AMAZING. I can't say enough about this dongle and it includes a DAC. Sound sounds good but keeps dropping out

Very disappointed. I don't understand why such rave reviews, maybe I just got a defective product. After reading other reviews I was very happy to buy this for my Samsung Galaxy S20+ which has amazing sound quality on its own. I wanted this for the audio jack in my car. When it works the sound is excellent, very average as I expected. However, the slightest movement disturbs or cuts off the sound.
