UserForge is very easy to use and navigate. The interface is very intuitive and easy to understand. The support team is very helpful and responsive. I have not found anything that I dislike about the product. I would like to see more customization options for the user profiles. I like that it allows me to create, edit & manage my profiles in one place. It also has an easy interface for users who may not be very familiar with using software or creating their own content (like myself). Sometimes when loading pages there are glitches which makes you have to reload several times before getting back where you left off. The service has been fantastic, very easy to use with great support team - they are always quick at responding! The best part about this tool was that it gave me all of my personas in one place, not only where I could create them but also organize what they're going to do for each user/persona as well! It's really easy to use, user friendly interface makes it very intuitive for anyone who has little experience with data modeling tools like this one. I think there isn't much that could be improved about the app at this point in time. We are able to easily assign workflows to our employees as well as create detailed profiles of users we interact with daily within our organization.
