Great System - Needs Some Minor Updates

Utili-Tek is easy to use and provides an excellent communication channel to all parties involved. The monthly statements provide adequate time to address any problems. The software is not intuitive to use for the non-expert, therefore we utilized a third party consultant to assist with setup. Utili-Tek provides us the ability to bill for use of city services, while we are able to offer the city the ability to provide a payment reminder service.
