I was going to water my hemp crop through a short watering line but 2 different pumps burned out in one day. They were of a different brand but of the same production. Under load, they worked perfectly for less than half an hour, but died every hour.

My sump pump failed during the last tropical storm that hit Boston a few weeks ago. This little pump has saved my basement from flooding. I connected one side to the included 6ft hose and the other side to a 25ft garden hose. He walked all day and got a little warmer but never hot. Get this if you have problems with basement water. It really works.

This pump cannot lift water from a bucket. Forget the specs lie. The sticker on the pump says you can't run it dry (for self-priming) for more than 10 seconds or the rubber impeller will melt and burn. What a waste of money because without self-priming capability you can't use it to pump water from anything below the pump. Don't waste your money, it's noisy, the impeller will fail in less than a minute, and you've got a boat anchor in your hands.
