More like a hard "sheet " than a soft blanket

If you're looking for a soft, hospital-style cotton blanket, don't buy this one. See how tough and sticky it looks in the seller's photo? . how it is! I have washed and dried it as recommended on the label hoping it will soften up. It's shrunk about 2 inches in both length and width and is still as stiff as when it was purchased. Exactly what I was looking for

Keeps me warm and cozy!

So far, so good! I'm impressed with the price. I was hesitant to order based on some of the reviews but it kept me warm when nothing else was available. I'm tired of piling those stupid fluffy Costco blankets on top of my comforter and I'm still cold. Great cotton blanket - make sure you understand what this means before you buy!

This blanket is exactly what I was looking for and I think if you really understand what a pure cotton blanket is before you buy it you won't have a problem. Regarding some of the negative reviews, I agree that the description is misleading when the duvet is described as 'soft'.
