Works in Bulb 9006

Works Great! Used them to make jumper wires to connect LED lights to my fog lights so I don't have to connect an auxiliary switch.

Pros
  • Easy Adjustment
Cons
  • Clarity

What is it suitable for?: Spare parts

It is stated that it is suitable for the 9005 high beam lamp. The channel is on the wrong side and single channel but it doesn't fit 9006 either. Out of curiosity I tried the H11 bulb. nope I don't know what it fits.

Pros
  • Excellent General specifications
Cons
  • High price

Will not fit 9006 Best in Spare Parts

These plugs will not fit 9006 sockets but will fit 9005 sockets which are slightly larger. You can get it working with 9006, but one end will be very tight and the other end will be too loose to seal properly.

Pros
  • Fits me
Cons
  • Minor

well packaged, on time and as described

I used wiring harness adapters to connect the plow lights on my 2000 Silverado to the truck's original wiring harness. I pulled out the truck's headlights, connected the adapters to the truck's wiring harness, and soldered the plow wires to them.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • So far so good

poor quality: electrical

Installed on my 2011 Kia Sorento. I carefully tried to insert the bulb and the cartridge crumbled. It doesn't fit my new lightbulb. The socket is not well made. So before installing I tried a different outlet and same thing. I do NOT recommend buying this until it is made more accurate.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Only available in black

Fixes the problem with the connection to the heater

This connector works perfectly. If you have problem with headlight connector heating and melting, this connector will solve the problem. Some reviews say the connector breaks easily. I suspect the original compound got hot and melted. When trying to pull the headlight out of the connection, some material remained in the headlight. If this material is not removed, the new connector will break. Either remove the material from the seam on the headlight or replace it with new material.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • There are defects

Not as advertised

The socket in this kit fits male connectors 9005 and 9006. The male socket in the kit only fits 9006 bulbs. I had to put them in a 9005 bulb. Since they cost $7, I used a utility knife to remove some of the stuff and get it to work instead of bringing it back. But don't expect them to be plug and play with 9005 bulbs. I have tested compatibility with two different brands of 9005 high beam bulbs (Hella and Sylvania) both of which correctly match the OEM wiring harness. The problem with…

Good replacement connectors

These braids are good quality. When my headlight harness decided to fall on my serpentine belt, it ripped off the connector and spat it out. The female side still remains attached but crippled. So I cut them off and put new plugs in. To my surprise, the replacement plugs were better than the original plugs. The wire was thicker and made entirely of copper. Although it looks like the same gauge wire, there was physically more metal under the insulation than in the warehouse. And the weather…

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
