Use for work outside all day. Have to tug them up every once in a while but they do the job of blocking the sun without applying sunblock. They cool you by trapping your sweat. My arms sweat a lot and they’d be dripping or I’d be wiping them on my pants both of which would take some sunblock off.I use Nike golf sleeves for golfing. They are much more expensive and better. So these are a good value.

They are a good fit for me; I get dress shirts with a 33" sleeve length. The mild compression felt good on my arms, and even the dark blue color didn't feel hot when biking in summer heat. I keep the white pair in my car and place on my driver's arm, keeping it cool and protected from the sun. Must have for driving with short-sleeves. The new version is slightly more robust than the previous version. My husband has a history of skin cancers. Due to medications he must have limited access to direct sunlight. I bought for sun protection and believe it does a good job on that. They are a little on the snug side vs the ones i buy from other brands. I am not huge by an means 175, 5'10", athletic build but nothing crazy from an arm size. Just a touch bigger and they would be perfect. Quality is very nice I will say that, just wrong size for me.
