This fits my arm from the thumb hole to almost my underarm. For me it's plenty long enough. It stays up without any problems. I have dry skin and sometimes I scratch my arms in my sleep, sometimes until I get an abrasion. This keeps me from doing that. I ordered these because I've been injured from a severe repetitive motion trauma due to work conditions.
