Not worth the hassle

This caster connector looked promising in the product photo, but in actual use it was a frustrating experience. Through trial and error, I found that the pieces didnt fit together snugly causing the trolley to wobble and become unstable.This is definitely not up to the standards of industrial and scientific material handling products..

Rating is not based on quality.

I ordered based on the information available, but the size I received was too big and didn't fit. Maybe it was my fault. Maybe it was her fault. I never looked back I spent a lot of time looking for what I needed and didn't want to have any further hassle with solving the problem. They look good but the proof is in the pudding and they never made it that far.
