Disappointing Results from Industrial and Scientific Router Bit

After I put it to the test, I was extremely disappointed with this router bit. The chamfer is not precise and the finish is rough. On the upside, it did not break during use. However, its lack of accuracy and messy result makes it unusable for professional projects. It's a shame that this product did not meet my expectations.

Pros
  • Sharp cutting ability for precise chamfering
Cons
  • Difficult to use on materials with irregular shapes

Works as needed. Proceed with caution and know what you are doing.

This is a large cutter (2-29/64"). Use maximum cutter speed and SLOW feed or you will tear your work and possibly your hand. Hold tight or the workpiece will be crushed through the blown the whole workshop ., for me it served its purpose, so I'm satisfied.

Nice cut at a 45 degree angle

Worked like a master. I needed a 45 degree bevel on 3/4" MDF, which required a blade just over an inch long. This cutter had enough blade length and cut so thin that I actually got a cut on the paper while brushing. Fingers against those beveled edge!

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Very expensive
