Maybe I'm getting old. Apparently I couldn't read a simple schematic for assembling a crossover for the two bundled speakers I bought. Luckily these crossovers at $12 each helped me out. The speakers sound great, although I didn't do anything technically other than read the tweeter's crossover frequency, which seemed correct to me. That's pretty much a low pass for the woofer.

The inductors and capacitors in this thing are real beef. A really nice sip when you put it on the table. Everything is clearly labeled in regular screen printing in both English and Chinese, and if you have experience soldering on industrial grade ground planes you will have no problem. However, you will be soldering bare, unpolished copper. At least a double ended soldering iron is a must. It would be better to have one with the soldering already done, but I understand that this is a stock…
