Low-Quality Coupling for Industrial Use

As a loyal customer in the Industrial and Scientific field I`ve tested this coupling and was extremely disappointed. As a result of my tests, I determined that this coupling is of low quality and subpar for industrial use. The only pro is that it's affordable, but that comes with a major con - it is not reliable and will likely fail under heavy use... Save yourself the trouble and invest in a higher-quality coupling for your power transmission needs..

4 screws are missing, which should be included in the description

Description says 4X screws included but no M3 Allen key, received Order today and NO SCREWS were included! Very frustrating as I now have to deal with the hardware store which was the whole point of ordering online.
