Missing part? Suitable for threads

First of all, know that when a product is found to be unsuitable, everyone involved has done the right thing. I would buy from the company again. The product is advertised as 4-48 dpi, it actually skips 13. Probably the most common thread in my shop is 1/2" x 13. I don't know why the tool skips 13. It could be a production line problem.
