The stand looks solid and the wood finish is beautiful. However, it was too small for my bottles (my fault). The problem with this product is that it looked like the varnish had just been applied to the wood without much care. In some places it was dry, in others the varnish was completely missing. There were also loose wood chips in the sealed areas.

Bought two of these racks to test aquarium water. One was completely painted and the other was painted from the base side and all the dowels were painted but the top was completely missed. I have to do this myself before using it to keep the wood from rotting. That's why I pushed him off the star. The one that was perfect worked great. The pipes dried easily on the dowels. I really wish they had come up with a design that had a place to dry the lids.
