I didn't like the fact that the remote that came with it was already broken. It works and is needed for my business so returning it would be impractical.

I ordered this salt lamp and loved it so I ordered a second one for another room. The seller responds and replaces the defective one. I like the low glow and keep it orange. It's beautiful to look at and helps keep the humidity in my apartment down.

Huge crack in the center of the lamp, sealed to hide the repair. It has an awful USB port instead of the usual power cord. I paid almost 30€ for the item. I am upset that I have to return this item as it is causing me inconvenience. I will no longer order from this company.

The only complaint is that it's definitely smaller than I originally thought. But it's the perfect size for a bedside table or table. Shines beautifully. The colors are rich and vibrant. I like that it comes with a remote control. I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it in her bedroom.

I put it in my son's room and it worked great because I could change the brightness and color so we have one at night and during the day if he wants we can have a different setting make. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it has a very short power cord so we had to get an extension cord to plug it in.

Love the look. Was a bit disappointed that the whole stone didn't catch fire (only the bottom half). I am not sure if this is a defect of my lamp or if it is standard. I have another salt lamp and the whole rock is lit. Otherwise, I was happy with the look of the Rock, the remote control, and the ease of setup.
