Great alternative than tracking individuals

The ability to track vacation time for multiple people in one system makes it very easy! I dislike that there isn't an option with this program yet but would love having more of our employees use their own personal calendars instead if being able pull up all employee data into 1 place (even though we have other apps like Asana). We are using these types solutions so when someone has taken days off or needs help they can find out without calling them at home which also helps keep managers from…

  • Automatically syncs across devices
  • Easy access within Outlook
  • depending upon how far back you want/need.etc..to go? And not just dates!!!
  • Abilities & Limitations:
  • Can only manage certain things through mobile app because some features don’t work.
  • There is no way currently available now as well
  • To see what your team members were working while sick during COVID

Great way and great platform t: Vacation Tracker

I like how easy it was to set up my vacation tracker for our team! It's very intuitive once you get used to using all of its features (and there are plenty!). The ability to sync with other apps such as Gmail makes this even easier since we can easily access data from anywhere at any time without having to switch applications or devices around every day/week etc. Sometimes when adding new employees they don't have their information added yet so that could be an issue if your looking into…

Pros
  • Easy way to see weekly & monthly pay stubs along side daily, weekly / bi annual payroll summaries plus additional reports within one view..all while logging hours spent by employee during weeks worked
Cons
  • Not much to report honestly except wish it had been faster loading screens
