Unreliable Wet Vacuum Accessory

Using this product, our team found that it was poorly designed with loose attachments that easily fall off during use. While it did effectively remove wet debris, the constant need to stop and reattach pieces was frustrating. This accessory is not worth the investment, as it only leads to more headaches and wasted time.

Pros
  • Effectively removes wet debris
Cons
  • Poorly designed, attachments frequently fall off.

Excellent discharge rate

I did a functional test by filling the vacuum drum with water. This device has a really good discharge rate, which really impressed me. It quickly deals with water entering our garage during a storm. I recently had to vacuum and pour 100 gallons of water out of a vacuum and lug it around. Now all I have to do is connect the hose and route it to the garage vent.

Pros
  • Power tools and hand tools
Cons
  • I have no particular complaints about it, everything is fine

Don't buy this pump, it's junk. Home Depot (Ridgid VP2000 Pump.

Don't buy this pump, it's junk. Home Depot (Ridgid VP2000 Pump), Workshop (MP2000 Wet/Vacuum Pump) and Sears (Crafstman Pump) are identical but are coming come in different colors and are made by the same manufacturer (unknown). The problem is the cheap plastic impeller breaks rendering the pump useless and none of the above retailers have parts that include this part. You get what you pay for get what you pay for.

Pros
  • Power Tools
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging
