I am amazed at how well the product is made, just magically!

EU version with normal plug. The packaging is in 2022, there is also 2022 in the instructions. My copy was released on 12/20/21. When working, you always need to hold the button, but it does not bother me at all.

Pros
  • Everything is fine, works like clockwork. Illuminated fire attachment 🔥 You can see all the dust particles, every cleaning turns into a game of "collect all the dust particles". We have been using it for the 3rd month and no problems, the auto mode works without failures. Long battery life, at maximum power for 15-16 minutes for sure. In auto mode, 40 holds. For an apartment of 80 sq. M. more than enough, after harvesting another 70% remains. It is very convenient to vacuum in the car, copes well with sand in rugs and carpet.
Cons
  • The quality of plastic casting leaves much to be desired, gray plastic is molded with streaks. But maybe this is such a feature? :)

The best I ever used, recommend it to everybody.

Acquired as a result of the advice of good friends. Because of this, I inhaled it more forcefully and utilized a greater variety of nozzles. I have a pet that is made of wool. Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

An angled adaptor is mentioned in the website's vacuum cleaner description. But that wasn't part of the deal. He contacted the seller and informed him that the adapter was not functioning as it should. They appear to have plagiarized the European market description of a vacuum cleaner.

  • Parallel imports (i.e., a charger plug adapted for use in Arab nations) were used to bring in the vacuum cleaner. After notifying the vendor, I received a replacement Europlug adapter. However, it was attached to the main package in a paper bag. The adaptor was slightly scuffed upon shipping due to rough handling.

I would definitely recommend the purchase, I don't think there is anything wrong with it.

The purchase brought only positive emotions.

I've become that strange weirdo that vacuums every day thanks to this vacuum. I am the proud owner of four gorgeous cats, who produce an absurd amount of wool. I simply did not take into account how much wool consistently aculates on the floor before purchasing this vacuum cleaner. In actuality, only after cat fights were there obvious massive tears and shreds in the corners. I had no idea I had that much cat fur on the floor until the beam nozzle revealed it. Cons
  • None of them exist. But there are specifics, such as: - Although "up to 60 minutes of work" was stated, if you need to vacuum a cloth surface, it will take you no more than 45 minutes. - One battery will operate at maximum capacity for 10 minutes. BUT! Cleaning often takes no more than 15 minutes due to the fasteners on the wall, of which, naturally, a full load only requires one minute of time. The fastener has a wire from the power source attached to it, and the vacuum cleaner charges from this wire while it is not in use.

Great product, a pleasure to use.

Delight. Worth the investment. Yes, possibly, and no less than a standard vacuum. But with a Dyson, you can see all this garbage, be certain that it has been removed, and feel good about yourself. I enjoy vacuuming in the dark because the illumination allows me to pick up even the smallest of particles. I don't comprehend who is writing this, not even slightly fatigued hands. One of the best offers, glad I bought it.

It goes without saying that you shouldn't bother with it if you already have V11-12. However, if the more experienced ones could, you will see the difference right away. Pros: Original vacuum cleaner. Functions equally good, if not even more so than my previous V10 model. There are 6 nozzles in the set. In some video review on YouTube I saw that out of 8. There are not enough of these two small brushes with soft bristles. But I'm not sure they are needed at all.
