This is a well made gate valve. I used it when replacing a 2" section of tubing on my hot tub to replace the original valve. Fit and finish were excellent. I particularly like that it comes with a stem retainer and that it attaches with a zip tie to hold it to the valve. I would buy this valve again.

Worked great up to about 50 times, after that it was very difficult to open and close. If I sprayed some lube on it it would be about 20 times better but not like new. I use a 325 gallon bag on my tractor to water my trees and yard. If it continued to work like new I would LOVE this thing.

This was perfect for the 2" PVC pipe I attached to it. The one-piece construction helps reducing the chance of cracks in the plastic causing leaks It has a gentle action when trying to open and close the valve I like the red clip to prevent accidental closing of the valve It was just that what I needed to replace my old worn out gate and now my spa is working like new again.
