Perfect replacement

This replaced the original hose fitting and the garden hose leak stopped at my van's sewage backwash system. Very satisfied.

Pros
  • Best in class
Cons
  • unreliable

Was the wrong valve

Once I had everything set up and hooked up and found it didn't work it was too late to return it. I bought the correct one from another company.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Not as thick as the other picks

Defective after 5 days.

I bought this to replace the metal anti-siphon on a hose bib that I was using to control a drip irrigation timer/valve. It was nice. But it hasn't even been a week yet. Pros
  • Heavy Duty Construction
Cons
  • So-so

What is the spray?

Water appears to squirt out of this anti-siphon device rather than the included safety valve. The spray is created where the hoses meet the female and male connectors of this device. Pros
  • This is awesome
Cons
  • Functionality

I use a set of these when using the flushing port on my macerator pump. One goes before the hose, one goes after the hose and at the flushing port. This means that no dirty water can get into the hose (which is marked as waste water, not drinking water), let alone the fresh water network. I also use one of these to connect the outgoing hose when it's not connected to the chopper pump. This is done so that nothing comes back out of the hose and doesn't cause an odor. So far no leaks due to the…
