Product arrived on time. Good quality product. The product does what it was designed to do. Would buy again. Overall a good deal.

Hard to find in RV retail. Works well but the plastic end clamping the outlet has broken causing a leak. It's the same replacement device and so far so good. It could have been my fault as it was cold when another identical block broke the clasp.

opened for first use. Everything went well. On the second use, two holes started coming out. I am always very careful with this hose so as not to damage it. I bought this to replace the one that came with my Barker bag as it punctured right away.

I've been trying to make one of these for years. There were always "leaky" connections and with it a messy transfer of black water and stench to everything around me. I took a chance and bought two of these so I wouldn't have to go back to "my creations" if they ever broke. I've been using it every 10 days for the past two months and I love it.

Both the caravan and the external tank have a plug connection. Standard hoses have a spigot and a spigot. With a quick search I couldn't find a spigot adapter but I did find this hose. That's exactly what I need. You could just use a regular outlet but that's full of spills and I don't want to smell it no matter what's left of my stay. An external holding tank means I don't have to camp out to empty the gray or black water tanks on longer stays.

Emptying the reservoir is not part of normal conversation. Unless you have a van. I bought it to connect to a portable tank. With bayonets on both ends, attach one end to the RV storage tank and the other end to the tank. Or, in my case, I use Camco's 39847 RhinoFLEX 45-degree clear elbow for the drain hose on the portable tank. This works very well. Plus, it feels like a thick, durable material. Which, when you think about what you're dealing with, gives the job more confidence. :)

This hose, as the name suggests, is used to connect the RV drain valve to the portable waste water tank. For this reason it has a bayonet lock on both ends. You will most likely need an adapter to drain into the campsite sewage hookup. Hopefully this explains the reason for some of the 1 and 2 star reviews mentioning this anomaly. All of this goes to show that this 5ft sewer hose is doing exactly what it was designed to do. But this is the stinkiest and stinkiest smelly slinky I've ever met…
