Cartridge works great on my HP8710 printer/copier Customer service is great as I only received 1 pack instead of 2 fraudulently But after a few emails everything was fine installed - I received it also the kit and will order again if needed

I haven't printed in bulk with this ink before but so far the quality has been pretty good. The colors were vibrant and looked good on the printouts. Can't comment on value for money as I don't know how long a set of cartridges will last. So far, so good. I don't like giving 5 stars unless my socks are completely off. Overall a good product so far!

I tried several cartridges but my printer did not recognize them. Contacted Revain tech support and they were unable to resolve the issue. I returned the cartridges and bought original HP cartridges and they worked without any problems. I would love to see them work, the cost savings are significant!

This week I tried Valuetoner printer refill cartridges for the first time. They were such fantastic value for money that I couldn't turn them down. I was very glad I bought them as the print quality was as good if not better than the big brands. I will use them in the future. They are big and the two packs I got have great bang for the buck so it will be a long time before I need new ones but it will be the brand I will choose next time.

Bought two boxes of 8. In the first box, both sets of cartridges failed. The error message on the HP8710 screen was "One or more cartridges are missing or damaged". The icon at the top of the message indicates problems with all four cartridges. Open the second box of eight and the third set worked fine. Called the company and offered a full refund. Split the difference - get your money back on one box and try using the second. The problem could very well be related to an HP software update…
