If you're like me you have a 16 inch neck and medium build. To buy a comfortable collar, as this company measures their shirt sizes, you must choose an XL shirt. There are 3 basic shirt sizes and they all make a difference! Therefore, a passage through the throat is not enough. I used to love department store Van Heusen shirts so I figured this would be a win-win. However, the quality is MUCH below what I expected from this brand.
