Women's Vans Classic Skate Shoes: Timeless Style and Functionality Review

I ordered a pair on ebay, saw previous reviews saying they were fake so I bought a pair exactly as ordered while waiting for the order to hit ebay. In fact, I liked the ebay pair better (on the right in the first photo)! Did a little research and Wang's website lists ebay as an authorized dealer. Nice looking shoes and I ordered a size up. To make sure I have enough room in my feet so I don't have calluses they still have them on my right rear heel and on the left side of my left foot the meds and superior bandages have been ok I have them a little changed, put in some soft insoles, and it helped a little, but still; I can't wear them very long and walking in these shoes is out of the question. Too bad because I get nice compliments on how good these shoes look.

Haven't had a chance to wear them yet, but I have a few complaints. But before we get into the cons, let's look at the pros: 1.) Arrived on time. the quality of their product in the future, or at least the packaging 1.) The box it came in had a lot of scuffs and damage. To be honest I expected my shoes to be in the same condition. 2.) There were some scratches on the sole and also some dirt on the back. All in all, this is a good buy. This is of course good quality as these are vans but be aware your size may be wrong. They were definitely listed as women's slippers, but they sent me a MEN's size 7.5, which is a women's size 9. They were also just thrown in a bag and shipped as such, so I'm guessing that's where the sizing confusion came from - there's no original packaging to throw away.

These vans look fake because they're not as thick as my regular vans and bigger than the ones I've bought in years. I am disappointed in this shoe and will not buy it again.

I'm the real 9 and the 9 I bought is too big. The elastic on the inside of the boot on one boot is sharp and scratched my foot trying it on. They do not appear to be of high quality as they are large and the stitching is not finished on the inside. Disappointed as I love the pink morning color.

These fans have been damaged by red ink or something similar. Unfortunately, due to the long delivery time, they can't even be returned by the time I needed them. Really disappointing.

Dissatisfied with the fact that it has hair? hole when arrived? Is one dirtier than the other? Doesn't it seem bold like regular vans? please turn back

I bought the product and when it arrived I compared it to my vans that I bought at a van shop. It doesn't even come close to a comparison. So disappointed ☹️. I'm sending it back.

I received them as part of a gift and I love them. They fit exactly as expected and are very comfortable. I always get compliments from them. I know they are listed as men's sneakers but they are very cute for women too.

they may be a size and a half too small. I have compared them to my other vans and they are noticeably smaller. I have very narrow feet and even these are narrow for me. They're cute shoes, but you'll need to go a size and a half up for a comfortable fit.

I really liked these shoes it's sad to see a $10 discount from a month ago but for me who buys vans elsewhere I have wide feet so I'm glad it's not a real size 10 because with socks they are usually narrow, not this pair is more like a size 10 1/2 so I will keep them.

I've been looking for this model in my size for months. I found them, ordered them and then I was two sizes smaller. I tried to exchange but of course they are still not available in my size.

I wear an 11 and found them true to size. They are incredibly comfortable and go great with yoga pants. I plan to buy them in a different color.

I was looking for some flatbed trucks last summer. I went online and found exactly what I wanted: black on black, very comfortable and they have great support. At VANS it's one thing: I've never been disappointed with anything I've ever bought. Judy D

They were too small instructions said four 7 1/2 women, six men order well, six men were very few. They weren't 7 1/2 women. Then I returned them. My overall score was 79+ when I got my refund it was 57 not even the total of the shoes at $59 plus something wrong be careful.

My son loves the Vans I bought him for his birthday. The white canvas is very stylish and relatively easy to care for. There was no complaint of discomfort when wearing shoes, the design of the slippers is very high quality. The only reason I gave this one a 4 star ration is because the sole of the right shoe broke after 4 months of wearing. This is to be expected when you wear a pair of shoes every day. Overall, the shoe holds up well and complements any outfit.

Love the shoes perfect fit perfect color just perfect. I've had them since I've had them and they're a little frayed, but soap and bleach won't fix anything.

I like these shoes, they are comfortable, once you put them on, it's a bit hard work the first time. I would advise getting one size bigger. I ordered a 10.5 and originally a 10.5 and had to send them back for a size 11 which was still a bit tight but once fitted well. These shoes are VERY white, I suggest using duct tape to waterproof the shoes. It is also recommended to wear thin socks so that you can easily put on your shoes. All in all because I love Vans shoes I will order again.

I've worn Vans since I was 10 and now I'm 35. I love the fact that they haven't changed at all in terms of basic design. I have the old school blue. They are true to size. Anything that's white is hard to keep clean all the time, but I use van cleaner and they're good as new.
