Poor quality, labor intensive assembly

This is not a standard unit where everything comes together with an Allen key. No, you have an allen wrench that is much smaller than the standard size and several sizes of Phillips head screws. One of the Phillips screws is actually a stud that has to be screwed into the chipboard, damaging the board in the process. Even after the device was (finally) assembled, it was of poor quality. Drawers are uneven and jam when trying to open them. If you're looking for something similar, keep looking.

  • Side filing cabinets
Cons

The bottom drawer is broken and won't open

The bottom drawer doesn't work. It's broken because it goes in but never slips out. You'll shake your entire table trying to push it out. It has quite a number of pieces. Unboxing is like a Russian doll. Once assembled, assembly is concrete and simple. It will look great but you will be very angry when you spend over $100 and 3 hours building it to find that the 1 reason you ordered it is the boxes biggest non-negotiable downside. Don't buy it until they update the bottom drawer design because…

Good filing cabinet with extra space

Although I put this cabinet together in a few days (busy schedule) it took me about 4 hours total. I'm a 64 year old woman with arthritis but I made it on my own. First you need to disassemble all the parts and carefully study the instructions. Everything was drilled correctly and there were plenty of extra screws, a screwdriver, wrench and Allen key. Two very important things: the back is drilled, but the cabinet back frame is not pre-drilled. This isn't a problem as I have a good little drill
