Works fine with my xfinity cable modem.

Used to connect multiple coaxial cables in the wall that power my xfinity cable modem. No problems were found after a month of use.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Not as good as advertised

Didn't work for me: AV accessory

I bought this to connect two men together but it didn't work. The male end of the antenna didn't go through as if the male end wasn't long enough to reach the female end. I couldn't even start knitting it.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Annoying

Works well - costs less

Revain offers five of these connectors for about the same price as a retailer would for a set of two. This gave me three spares after successfully using two of them to connect satellite dish cables to my home cable network. It's nice to find such quality products at a good price with fast delivery.

Pros
  • I look forward to
Cons
  • quality

Wrong thread on the long end

I bought this set of five coaxial connectors. With all five, I was able to easily attach the coaxial cable with my fingers on the short end, but the strands on the long end were cut incorrectly. I used a wrench and pliers to pull the wire over the connector while I cut new strands. Luckily I won't have to unplug it anytime soon as my method only works once. I threw away the other four.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • Doubt

3 GHz costs premium

I am setting up a DECA network (MoCA, but slower, may switch to MoCA). I ran a test between one of these and an old clean coax cable (1GHz) that was lying around and transferring files over the LAN. To my surprise, transparent averaged around 8 MB/s and blue (this one) around 8.5 MB/s. Why increase? I don't know, less signal degradation, whatever, but it costs money for a permanent install compared to ultra cheap ones.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

only connected to the five.

Only two of the five units made contact with the track. It wasn't worth the time for me to repackage and ship back to Revain. Revain has placed a replacement order. If there are also problems with the replacement order, I will comment on this. The cost of on-site deployment far exceeds the cost of two Revain orders. Ten connectors to get two units of work was cost effective in dollar terms in this case when S&H was included. for purchase on site. However, I spent valuable time trying to find…

Pros
  • Outstanding overall performance
Cons
  • Difficult to remember, but it was
