I bought these specifically for the star shape - I used them for slicing apples for my 4th of July fruit salad! It turned out great and I got a lot of compliments. I can't wait to cut cute carrot and cucumber figures for my 4 year old niece - she's going to love it! Highly recommended.

My 4 year old eats a sunflower oil sandwich for lunch every day in preschool. I thought it would be a fun way to add excitement to his dinner. I was right! I used dinosaurs first and it's amazing. The bites are the perfect size so he doesn't just stuff a quarter of a sandwich into his mouth. Easy to clean and still popular with young people.

They are very, very fragile and lose their shape easily. You can literally just compress the metal and make a new shape. I sent them back thinking they wouldn't hold up well. I'd rather pay more for a few quality cutters than have a dozen that I can't use. They include a small piece to slide your food out of the cutter, which doesn't seem too bad, but using this tiny cutter is time consuming. Why even more?

Each knife has a solid top, each color-coded, making it easy to cut through tougher foods (like potatoes) and find the right option. Materials used from dough to citrus peels and polymer clay - the blade is sharp enough to give you a smooth, clean cut but not so sharp that you could injure yourself. Would highly recommend to anyone - you will be shocked at how often you reach them!
