I saw criticism of this product, but I decided to order and try it anyway. The edges are sharp, with small plastic burrs. Knowing this from other reviews, I prepared the parts before installing them by sanding the edges a bit. I then rinsed them to get rid of the remaining plastic burrs and dust. Then I installed. Wow, doesn't seem like a good fit but it really is once you put all the slots in place and position them at the bottom of the console. It will require some bending and fiddling to get it in place, but there's a reason the instructions say it needs to be assembled in the console. The idea is perfect but the quality control and customer service leave something to be desired. I have a 2016 F150 XLT Supercab, pretty standard for an F150. Two long pieces WILL NOT FIT!
