Read carefully! The Best of the Linear Motion Line

This is a kit! It comes in a box with parts! I didn't read the page carefully enough. The description doesn't say it's a kit, but it says at the end of the resume. It's my fault for not reading it but I thought I should warn everyone. I can't tell if it works yet because I'm still collecting it.

AC Voice Control for Linear Motion Products

When I received the kit I was amazed to find that it was actually a digital voice converter! The image shows a digital voice changer, but all wording in the advert refers to the AC Motor Speed Controller Kit! The actual controller costs $32.95, which is slightly higher than the advertised price of $13.95. So if you're looking for an AC motor speed controller, you'd better look elsewhere. . . it's not that!

Very happy with purchase

I was very happy with my purchase of a Velleman AC motor speed controller! Keep in mind that this is a kit and requires soldering skills to complete! The delivery was very fast and the set was delivered as advertised. The device worked perfectly when assembled and, like all Vellemen kits, was very easy to put together. I would recommend this kit for beginners and experienced soldering irons who want to control the speed of small AC motors (5 amps or less) such as fans, drills, etc.
