Type of review

As an avid athlete for fifteen years, I've tried every piece of workout equipment to boost my performance. The Velopro resistance training gear is the best I've tried for team sports. The adjustable resistance bands help with form, speed and reaction, making it perfect for football and lacrosse players. The only con is it's a little pricey, but its benefits are worth it. I would recommend Velopro to any athlete looking to improve their game in Sports and Outdoors.

Being Tall Matters - Sport

Tried a device with high expectations. However, I am 6ft 3 inches tall and most of my height is in my legs. The bungee cords weren't long enough to work without tension on the strap below the hips, which I don't have. Just a warning to everyone. taller than the limit of 6'-1" in large size.

An amazing tool for understanding the basic moves of the tennis swing

I've been looking for something to help me focus on calf movement/balance/weight shift when pulling off the floor and I've finally found a solution. Many tutorials and trainers tend to focus on arm movements, elbow movements, "getting through," etc., but none of this helps without proper lower-body involvement. Happy with purchase and would recommend to other USTA players looking to up their game.
