ABSOLUTELY horrible travel destinations! Anyway, I'm not happy with this mount. I don't know if I was received badly or not. Some parts didn't even have the ability to use a tool to attach them. They had Philips headless screws as shown in the picture in the poorly drawn instructions. Details had to be marked on the plastic so you knew what was what. 100% unsatisfied.

Materials appear to be well made, installation is easy for the most part, if the screws were in the box it would be easier than trying to figure out what I got at the home depot need. Contacted support and no response after a week. Bought nuts and bolts and installed everything. Only holds a light 32 inch TV but does it as expected.

Like some other reviewers, I found the quality control to be poor and the holes misaligned. I could probably work to make it work, but that's a clear flaw in the production process. See attached picture. I cannot recommend this product, although I would like to, as there are very few TV mounts that fit my situation. I would return/exchange the item but without a guarantee that the quality control of the new item will be better I don't see how much it's worth.

This product is solid once installed but the instructions are really bad. I'm pretty handy and if I hadn't spent over an hour installing this I would have returned it. If you buy this, be prepared for some frustration during installation and can do it on the go as the instructions are so unclear.

We bought this for a Roku with a VESA 200x200 mount. The problem is that the mounting plate needs to be attached so that it is a horizontal wall mount, not a vertical ceiling mount. Luckily we had extra parts from mounts on other TVs and I was able to modify the mount, but if you don't have a box of extra mounts or don't know how to drill and modify the mount, look elsewhere.
