I have hard water in my apartment and my hair was so dry and fluffy that I tried covering it with hair oil. I ordered Verb because the Instagram account I follow gave them away about a year ago (Blogilates) and I was looking for a higher quality hair care product. I am SO happy with these products! I have been using this Verb shampoo and conditioner for several years now after trying many products. It always delivers a good experience - thanks to the varying mineral levels of my water (which can be very hard, but not always) and whether I'm at home or travelling, I rely on the verb. Prevents hair from drying out, helps detangle , Leaves no residue. The best I've ever used.

I would say that this product is by no means a genuine Verb product. I used this shampoo and conditioner from the sample I received and really liked it.
