Works great and simple/easy to use BUT. It only gets 4 stars because it only has one lid and it's very small. Yes, these are BIG things. Yes, I knew this information and bought it anyway. I'm amazed that the solid state memory chip and the driver fit in such a small space. It doesn't overheat. Transfer speed is acceptable (I didn't run throughput tests because it's not that important). I've reversed it on both ends of the connection with the same pleasing results. Currently the smallest form factor for a USB-C drive - meaning I can leave it in my laptop all the time (most of the time). (Not as sleek as miniature USB-A drives; but the size and design of the USB-C connector doesn't leave room for storage inside the connector, unlike the USB-A connector.)
