The ability to set up different scenarios to control how staff interact with their customers (including whether they accept or decline an offer). I appreciate that it is fully customisable - which makes life easier when setting reminders etc as well as other options such as customising messages sent etc! The most helpful is that it allows me easy access from my phone or tablet where I can input data into its database without having physically at work location. It's also very handy as we don't have many people who are computer savvy so this works great!
