It's so easy to set up, take out the SIM card from the old one and put it in the new one. When it loaded, we were back online. We were without internet for a few days when the old block died. I would give ZERO stars but it's not an option. After trying multiple times to activate this device on my account, I took the device to a Verizon store. You could find that the previous owner's account details are BLOCKED in the device; Therefore, this device cannot be activated until the information is deleted. Only the original owner has credentials. So yes, I wasted $30

Loading a bit slow and the display is more minimal than I would like. However, it loads fairly quickly and is fairly compact. It's cheap too - a big plus for me as I lose one almost every time I travel. This time I bought two jetpacks for a total of $21. At this price they are semi-disposable. I've used every wireless modem Verizon has offered over the years, and this modem has fewer bugs than most other models.

I made a return request and was given a second chance by ordering the same different device from the same supplier. If the second works, there is no problem. Otherwise I will never buy anything from this seller again.
