Beware of USED HEADPHONE buyers

When I open the package I find this message inside. I would like to apologize for not having the box, my kids accidentally opened the box and threw the package away. Headphones have never been used, just without the original packaging. I am not happy about receiving an item that has been opened and put in a few used packages. I am unsatisfied with this purchase. You should have emailed me letting me know before shipping the item to me. Without writing a lame apology, the kids opened the package
