I wanted a small surge protector (laptop size) and it does the job. If it were smaller it would be even better for me but this one will do. That's 2 1/2 inches cubed, not counting the three pins that go into the wall. And it looks pretty cool, I had quite a few people asking me about it when I put it out. But mostly I want to protect my computer and any other electronic devices I use on the go, which is quite a bit.

I've been using this PowerCube for a month now and have no complaints. It has 4 sides with sockets and 1 side with 2 USB ports. It is convenient both at home and when traveling. Since it has 2 USB ports, I can plug the charging cables straight into a power outlet. Thanks to the sockets on the sides of the cube, you can connect 4 things (plus 2 USB plugs) at the same time. The only thing I have a little problem with is that the cube covers the other outlet a bit so you can't use it. But overall…

Good product. This is especially useful when traveling to the US, where extra outlets in hotel rooms are often hidden behind furniture or have a limited number of outlets at the base of the light. USB ports is a great feature that frees up power ports when charging devices. I hope I never have to learn about surge protection. I love it and use it almost every day. For a street fighter, this is an invaluable addition to my everyday tools. It has a quality finish that looks and feels like it will last. I just wish it was a little smaller. It doesn't fit well in a laptop bag. And when used in a regular outlet, the other plug becomes essentially useless. Just a little thinner and you can use two at the same time or just leave the hotel lamp on.

I love this cube! I can connect my hair dryer, iron and iPhone at the same time and not worry. It doesn't look ugly and doesn't take up much space. I bought two and I'm glad I did as they fit perfectly where I need them. Long plugs just don't work in some places, and that's where they come in handy. I'm not an electrician and am safety conscious so I unplug one of these when I'm done but I've never felt them get hot and the switches have never been thrown away.

I travel a lot and stay in hotels to shoot outdoors. Many hotels don't have enough outlets (when I travel I have chargers for my phone, iPad, various batteries for cameras). The PowerCube is a big help in charging all my devices on the go. A nice, solid build and a really handy pair of USB chargers make it the perfect tool for any street fighter.

There are many ways to use larger connectors on modern devices, but sometimes it just doesn't work. I'm glad I'm getting into it. I like to take my laptop outside and work. I also need a smart speaker, a second monitor, and sometimes a fan. It's so convenient! and with built-in surge protection. Two USB ports are very convenient! Looking to buy more!.
