Verus Sports Performance Review

Plates are very thin and light. I put them on the concrete in the driveway. The boards bounce and move slightly when a beanbag lands on them. After about 15-20 hits I have to change the position of the boards.

My order just arrived. The box was ajar and 4 of the 8 corners were damaged. There's no harm in playing, but it's frustrating when something breaks. It almost looked like they had been returned/opened before. One set of bean bags was nicely wrapped in plastic while the other set was loose and all the plastic was torn. I haven't tried playing them yet.

First, the goods came in a thin box with the edges of the boards broken off. The top of one of the boards was partially torn away from the frame and the nails were showing. The boards are attached with small Velcro straps that barely hold them together. One of the boards broke in half after one game, probably because the sandbags were too heavy for the fragile boards.

Decent Cornhall set for the price; We knew the boards were smaller than most but that does the job! The boards also have quite a bit of bounce and are a bit slippery, so that's an issue, but you can sand it down if you'd like. We were looking for a simple/no frills kit so we could put our college logos on and the decals would stick well. The legs can be individually adjusted for uneven floors, and we love that the boards attach with Velcro and have built-in handles. Overall it's not the best…

If you're looking for a cheap cornhole game and don't care how easily it falls apart, this is for you. If you want something that won't let you shy away from crappy quality when gaming, or something that will last a long time, look elsewhere. It started falling apart the first time I used it.
