Great Tool - Keg & Pail Processing Equipment

I have used this tool several times before buying my own so I was already convinced of this product. I'm constantly opening buckets at work, so I had to keep my hands free. It is not only easier but also much faster. I've looked at some similar tools but not many of them have proven to be multifunctional and I don't think the plastic ones will last long.

Best Bucket Opener

I've used cheap plastic 5 gallon bucket openers for several years but they kept breaking. The Vestil Pail-Pal is the best tool I have ever used to remove lids from almost vulcanized 5 gallon pails. And it won't break. The only complaint is that mine has a form error that looks unsightly on one side but doesn't affect performance. This tool should last a lifetime for what I do.

Pros
  • Barrel and Pail Handling Equipment
Cons
  • Some Mistakes

Made in China! on handling equipment

Sorry this was made in China. I figured it was made somewhere other than China for $24. It appears to be a rough cast that was semi-finished by the least qualified person they could find, who was willing to stuff it into a 60 grit circle, removing all the corners from the side they were starting from the easiest to ride were having concluded that they had done their job of removing excess material and forgone further mass reduction. The blue rubber grip is very slippery. I can't imagine how…
