Ease of Use Tools & Equipment

This is an easy to use device that is very handy for checking your car's trouble codes instead of going to an auto repair shop to use their codes. If you've ever used any of these, they seem very basic in comparison. It's very easy to read and will give you a better idea of what problems your car is having before you take it to the shop. No complaints here.

A very handy tool for diagnosis, testing and measurement

A great tool for diagnosing any car. It's very easy to use. The scanner will automatically connect to your vehicle as soon as you plug it in. Codes are extracted in seconds. The large color display is particularly convenient and easy to read. We just used it on a cousin's Ford that he was having trouble with. We could tell that his check engine light for the lower O2 sensor was on and that his ABS light for the rear wheel speed sensor was on. If he had given the car to a mechanic, it would…

Works perfectly! for tools and equipment

My 2015 jeep keeps giving an oxygen sensor code and it is interfering with my remote start. I don't want to put a lot of money into a car if it's just a sensor problem, so if I don't forget the code my remote start can still work. For that it works great. It tells you immediately what the code is and can clean it for you too. Mine says error code reset failed but it still does. I tried it on a nearby car and got the same results on the Impala. Good quality OBD2 scanner with LCD color screen, easy to use without computer

Many years ago I got an OBD2 scanner without LCD screen. You attached it to your car, it took some measurements, then you had to hook it up to your computer to see what it read. It wasn't perfect. This system is much better. This device has a built in LCD monitor and you can interact with the system and get real-time readings from your vehicle's systems.
