Beautiful and works great!

We often use air compressors when we take our jeep off-road. I thought we would be disappointed with that. We quickly tested our car tire and it works great.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Disappear

look elsewhere, poor quality control

very very poor quality control, I noticed a few dents around the metal case when I received the unit. I returned it thinking it was just a one off deal as Viair has good products! HOWEVER the replacement had the same issue with a dent around the outer metal case, PLUS the glass cover for the sensor was not installed properly. Very disappointed.

Pros
  • Multiple competitors
Cons
  • Useless features

very good for accessories and parts

I love the fact that it comes in a kind of can that protects it from sand and dust when I ride my SXS on the trails here in Arizona. very quiet device, fills the tire in a reasonable time. The air pressure sensor wasn't seated, but I figured it all out in just a few minutes. It still had to be installed correctly at the factory, for which I put a star. I would recommend.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Zero

Useful, works well and practical

I use this to inflate my Subaru Outback tires. It's easy to use - just wish it had the same attachment nozzle as the other one (which didn't work with my voltage so I bought that) but that's fine! I would recommend this compressor. The customer service at Viair is also really good. You referred me to this compressor when I bought another one that kept blowing fuses in my car.

Pros
  • Top marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Poor performance

Works well - recommend

Requires 10Amp pump to work with Prius PSU. Only used once and meets my needs. I would have liked a longer power cord. To get to the rear wheels, I have to go inside the car. The accuracy is close to what I'm getting from the sensor, so it's hard to know what's right. The pump is fixed in a metal housing. I'm not sure I like it, but I know I can count on the pumping power. This is my second VIAIR pump purchase.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Functionality

Very cheap construction

I know "you get what you pay for" but this compressor is a lot more modest than I thought based on the review. The plug that attaches to your tire is plastic and will likely only last a few pumps. In addition, the compressor struggles to provide even a small volume of compressed air. I would not recommend this device unless it is designed to detonate floats or balloons and then only occasionally. I also don't know what the pressure gauge is for as it doesn't show the pressure in the inflated…

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Not bad
